A Beautiful Sunday!

After the dreary weather we had last week, I was excited to see the sun on Sunday and get outside for a nice long walk.
Look how nice I ride in my stroller! Mom says I look like such a big girl sitting there with my hands crossed!
Isn't this a nice picture daddy took of me?
Mommy and daddy love me very much :)
Here's our little family of three after our nice walk. I hope it stays nice for a while so we can spend more time outside!
I'm sending all our friends and family much love! Have a great week everyone! -Norah

Cabin Fever

It has been gloomy, rainy, and cold for the past week here in Peoria so we haven't been able to get outside for walks like we usually do. By day four, mom and I had one mean case of cabin fever! We read lots of books and played with all my neat toys but, I missed my stroller and couldn't wait to get outside.

Mom, could you please dry my hands off... they're a little wet from being in my mouth!

These pictures made daddy smile when he got home from work, I hope they made you smile too!

Full Head of Hair

I think I had a case of the Mondays today! I was tired all day long; I even fell asleep under my play arch! I wanted to show you all the new hair I've gotten in the past few weeks.Mom and dad called me Dr. Phil for a little while but, they can't anymore since I have all this hair on top. :)
Mom, can I take an early nap, I'm feeling rather tired?

October 13th

Well, this last week I found my hands. My hands then found my mouth and have been there ever since. Mom took these pictures to illustrate how sly I am when sneaking my hand to my mouth.
I almost forgot; what do you think of these muscles in my little muscle shirt?

Go Rivermen!

October 9th marked my very first hockey game! The Peoria Rivermen played against the Milwaukee Admirals and what an exciting game it was! The score was tied after three periods and still tied after overtime so the game went into a shootout. The Rivermen ultimately won 4-3 so we were very happy!
This arena had nothing on the Engelstad arena in Grand Forks but, we had a great time and hope to go back for a couple more games this year. I just hope we can get seats..... :)
I love watching hockey with dad, I'm just not too crazy about that loud fog horn!Quick mom, take the picture, we need to get back to watching the game!
A couple minutes into the game I was all cheered out. I took a nice nap on mom's lap so I would be all rested for the shootout!
When I got home I was still fired up about the game.

BRRRR!!

It's freezing outside at a brisk 50 degrees!!!! Mom and dad chuckled that today was the coldest day of my life so far. I guess the bright side is this cute hat I get to wear. :) I think my North Dakota friends and relatives will laugh when they see that I'm complaining about 50 degrees!!!

Sunday, October 4th

Today we had a blast. There's a campaign going on called "40 Days For Life" to help save babies from abortion. This is something mom and dad feel strongly about so we participated in the Peoria Life Chain. This is something they do every year down here. We stood outside with signs that had prayers on the back and prayed for one hour. Dad held me and fed me a bottle while mom held a sign that read, "Pray to end abortion." Dad and mom joked that I was the best looking sign out there! We'll definitely participate next year but, our hope is that there won't be a need because abortion will be illegal.... anything and everything is possible with God.
After the Life Chain, we took some pictures for my "thank-you" cards.

October 1st

Can you believe its already October?!?! It's almost time to starting thinking about what I'm going to be for Halloween!!! Today I had a really good day with mom. Every week we got to a Community Bible Study(CBS) and we both really enjoy it. Before we left for CBS dad asked if we wanted to meet him for lunch at Subway and OF COURSE we said yes. After lunch we came home and had a great afternoon inside since it was raining outside. Here are a few pictures from the day.

I had no idea mom was taking pictures while I was catching z's in my swing!Mom, are my muscles bigger than dads?
