Norah & Company: Lake Tansi

Last week we were in Tennessee for our annual Lake Tansi vacation. It was exactly that.... a vacation. It was a blast. We did so many fun things, and you know when I put the word "so" in italics, there's a bulleted list included!
Our week included:

swimming in the pool
swimming in the lake
tubing behind the boat
waterskiing
wakeboarding
swimming across the lake(3 days in a row!)
hours upon hours of cousins playing together
hours upon hours of adults visiting
sitting by the campfire every single night. Many smoreos were consumed!
glorious morning runs with Joel.... while kids ate breakfast with Grandma and Papa
playing mini-golf
kids playing with bubbles(truth be told, Joel had a blast with the bubbles)
eating delicious food
celebrating Travis(Aug 1) and Gavin's(Aug 2) birthdays
playing tennis with Scott and Laura
fishing
atomic fire balls(need I say more?)
taking family pictures
Scotty serenading us with a ukulele
relaxing
daily trips to the playground
appling lots and lots of sunblock
"around the world" table tennis tournament. Thanks for representing our family Joel!

Norah took her diva status to a whole new level last week... refusing to stand, walk in or touch sand. She does not like getting dirty.(PERIOD)

I'm not sure what's going on in the purple/red tube but, that's my sweet little Norah in the purple/turqouise tube. You go girl!! She kept her shades on like a true diva, had a blast with her Dad back there and was even yawning (YAWNING) by the end of her ride!
